HR Consultant Michael Anderson offers the skill and passion to help organizations manage their most valuable asset—their people.
A University of Florida graduate, Anderson quickly developed a deep understanding of behavioral human psychology, learning how to reinforce desired workplace behaviors while eliminating those that hinder success. He applied this expertise throughout his career, gaining more than 20 years of executive leadership experience with large, complex organizations like Miami-Dade County and Broward County Public Schools.
With an HR consultant’s dream resume, Anderson holds the top three HR certifications and has taught HR certification courses at multiple universities. In 2016, he founded Abstract HR, a firm dedicated to value-driven HR consulting.
