The Brazilian Court invites you to Café Boulud’s Bordeaux al fresco wine dinner on Wednesday, Feb. 28. The French restaurant’s courtyard will host a four-course experience with some of the famous region’s best wines selected by head sommelier David Sauer. Oenophiles can look forward to beginning the evening with a glass of Grand Bateau De Château Beychevelle, Bordeaux Blanc 2022, paired with caviar and yellowfin tuna crispy rice. Following, a glass of Blanc de Lynch-Bages, Bordeaux Blanc 2019 will be served with striped bass crudo. A braised lamb cavatelli is next and paired with Château Maillet, Pomerol 2019. The third course will feature Château Lynch-Moussas 5ème Cru Classé, Pauillac 2009, served with wagyu beef on the robata grill. To conclude the evening, Cháteau Coutet Barsac, Sauternes 2005 will be served with mandarin & miel dessert. 

Tickets are $335 per person, and the dinner begins at 6:45 with a reception. Call to make reservations.
