The 18th annual Black & White Truffle Celebration is back this year. On Thursday, Dec. 19, Café Boulud invites you to a decadent six-course dinner that will showcase the nuanced truffles with delightful dishes such as the hiramasa carpaccio with black truffle crema and baked potato tortellini with white truffles.
