The Brazilian Court Hotel’s signature restaurant will host a memorable Burgundy wine pairing dinner this Thursday, Jan. 30. The evening will feature Albert Bichot wines paired with a four-course dinner. The family-owned winery has been producing wines since 1831, and its president, Jim Opalka, will join guests at dinner to share the winery’s history along with several of its wines.
