On Thursday, Oct. 17, Café Boulud will present its guests with a four-course wine-pairing dinner experience inspired by the Loire Valley. The French wine region is beloved for its châteaux and vineyards, producing superb red, white, rosé and sparkling wines. During this evening, diners will sip on the following:
