Café Boulud’s next pairing dinner will feature wines from Sinegal Estate on Thursday, April 25. The Napa Valley winery will pour some of its best wines during the four-course dinner. The menu is as follows:

Florida pompano with razor clams and white asparagus paired with Sinegal Estate Rosé, Sonoma Valley 2022

Squab with fennel, cherries and pistachio paired with Sinegal Estate Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast 2021

Wagyu ribeye paired with both ‘Details’ by Sinegal, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma Valley 2022 and Sinegal Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2021

Citron & olive dessert with key lime cream paired with Sinegal Estate Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley 2021

The dinner is $285 per person, and reservations are required.
