On April 16, Café Boulud will host a five-course dinner paired with selections from the historic Château La Nerthe.

Founded in the 16th century, Château La Nerthe is a historic property in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, an appellation within the France’s famed Southern Rhône Valley. Guests will learn about the history of the esteemed estate throughout the dinner, which includes six wines paired with the five-course menu:

Langoustine aux asperges blanches (with marcona almond, lemon confit, verbena)

Coquilles grillées au safran (PEI mussels, tomato confit, puffed wild rice)

Agneau provençal (ratatouille, kalamata olive, chickpea panisse)
