Rosé season is officially here, so celebrate with some of the best French wines at Café Boulud. On Thursday, May 22, the Brazilian Court Hotel’s signature restaurant is hosting its annual dinner to honor blush wines, with a five-course pairing menu, as shown below.

  • Buttermilk fried chicken with Osetra caviar and sweet onion jam, paired with Champagne Louise Brison Rosé, Cote des Bars (2017)
  • Ora King salmon with king crab, chervil jus, and crispy tempura, paired with Domaine du Bagnol Cassis Rosé (2023)
  • Grilled swordfish with charred bok choy, coconut Thai curry, and jicama-scallion salad, paired with Lucien Crochet, Sancerre Rosé (2022)
  • Roasted pork loin with Provençale vegetable tart, goat cheese, and verjus blanc, paired with Château Pradeaux, Bandol Rosé (2024)
  • Orange and strawberry pavlova with orange cream, strawberry compote, strawberry sorbet, orange segments, and vanilla meringue, paired with Mas Jullien, Languedoc Rosé (2023)

Dinner is $195 and reservations are requested and can be made over the phone.
