A no-kill, nonprofit shelter, the rescue has saved more than 55,000 animals from being euthanized. Dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and ages are waiting for adopters, and here are six:

This gentle giant was rescued from a Mississippi puppy mill and is eager to find a home—preferably one with no kids, and a meet-and-greet with any existing pets is always a good idea. Some of his tricks include sit and shake!
