On Sunday, April 23 the Opal Grand Ocean Resort & Spa will host the annual Celebrity Chefs for Canines fundraiser. Benefiting local animal charity Big Dog Ranch Rescue, the event will bring local chefs together for an evening of cocktails, dinner and live entertainment. Participating restaurants include Red Pine Restaurant & Lounge, Corvina Seafood Grill, Avalon Delray and Drift. It will also host a live Battle of the Chefs between “MasterChef” contestant Alejandro Valdivia of “The Wild Chef” and Matt Foley, Isla & Co.’s executive chef.
