One of the missing pieces of Boca Raton’s luxury puzzle has landed at Town Center mall, the highly anticipated opening of the Chanel boutique.

Located in between the entries of Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue, the more than 5,000-square-foot atelier carries bags and leather goods, watches and jewelry, ready-to-wear fashion, accessories, and the house’s full line of makeup and perfume spread over eight salons.

Previously, a selection of Chanel products were sold at Saks as well as a Chanel makeup boutique in the department store. Here, shoppers can have the full experience.

Chanel teamed up with architect Peter Marino, who drew inspiration from founder Gabrielle Chanel’s Paris apartment. This is evident in the Chinese lacquer boxes; an ornate folding screen in a sitting room; artwork by Wyatt Kahn, Robert Greene and Vera Lutter; and closets that serve as hidden treasure boxes filled with silk scarves, hats, bags, sunglasses and other accessories. A touch of the New York City atelier can be seen overhead, a gold and quartz chandelier.

The opening coincides with the appointment of Matthieu Blazy as the fashion house’s new creative director. This March, fashionistas will have access to his debut Spring-Summer 2026 collection.

Next up: Prada will be opening a boutique next door to Chanel.
