Chef Jeremy Ford will host two fun culinary experiences at the PGA National Resort’s The Butcher’s Club.

At the June 15 hands-on cooking class, guests will learn from the “Top Chef” winner himself how to make ceviche and learn his take on making a refreshing mojito. The three-hour interactive class will also include a competition for the best creation that Ford will award with a signed chef knife. Tickets are $180 and the class starts at 11:30 a.m.

On Aug. 3, Ford will host a mango-inspired three-course dinner. Guests will be invited into the kitchen for a sneak peek behind the curtain before enjoying the dishes that will be created using ingredients directly from his Ford’s Farm. Tickets are $180. The event is limited to 20 guests and starts at 11:30 a.m.

Ford has garnered a Michelin Star for his South Beach concept, Stubborn Seed, in consecutive years, so both of these experiences could make stellar gifts for any food lover in your life.
