Kewl Kids aren’t glued to the TV with a Big Mac in their hands, at least that’s the message from actor-healthy eating activist-local boy Reed Alexander, aka Nevel Papperman on the hit Nickelodeon show, iCarly. On Saturday Oct. 1 and 15, from noon to 2:30 p.m., Alexander will be doing his first SoFla “Eat and Greet” at Williams-Sonoma at Boca Town Center. There will be tastings of his Kewl Kwizine, tips on how to prepare healthy food that kids will actually eat and more. RSVP by calling 561/620-0245.
