The east Boca restaurant has made a name for itself for its seafood-centric menu and lively happy hours since it opened about two years ago. Just a few months ago, Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli took over its operations. Their Palm Beach County-based P Hospitality also owns Prezzo restaurants in Boca and Palm Beach Gardens. As the third restaurant in their portfolio, the husband-and-wife team is bringing their talents and fresh ideas to the area with the launch of Santorini Saturdays. Each week, diners will be treated to Greek-inspired dishes, cocktails, and live entertainment. Executive chef Jeff Tunks, who’s been the restaurant’s chef since its inception, is debuting options like the local Key West pink shrimp saganaki and a savory spread of Greek meze. And before being seated, guests will be treated to a complimentary glass of cava. Opa!
