While there have been a slew of New York City imports on Miami’s dining scene recently, sometimes the cuisine and flashy ambiance don’t justify the drive down. Well I’m here to tell you COTE, the NYC Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-nominated Koran steakhouse, is definitely worth a visit–and it recently launched another way for you to enjoy its signature meats.

Available for nationwide delivery, COTE’s curated butcher boxes are filled with USDA prime cuts as well as American and A5 Japanese wagyu. Click here to order your box.

Options are:

  • The Original Butcher’s Feast for 4 ($259), with USDA Prime dry-aged ribeye, American Wagyu secret cut “COTE” steak, classic USDA Prime hanger steak, and house marinated USDA Prime short rib; accompanied with fresh pickled vegetables, lettuce, savory ssamjang sauce, and COTE’s signature proprietary salt blend.
  • Prime Galbi Steak Feast for 4 ($249), with 36 oz. of COTE Galbi–USDA Prime short rib accompanied with fresh pickled vegetables, lettuce, savory ssamjang sauce, and crunchy leaf lettuce for wraps.
  • 45+ Day Dry-Aged Ribeyes ($179), with two USDA Prime 16 oz. ribeyes with bright pickled daikon along with COTE’s signature proprietary salt blend.

Once you order your steak, you need wine to pair with it. Its partnership with Convive Wine & Spirits allows you to receive three selected bottles a month for $165. The mix of varietals is sourced from producers who are focused on organic, sustainable and biodynamic wines. Your membership also includes club events and tastings (in-person and virtual), 10% off bottles at the restaurant and a monthly zoom happy hour with the beverage director and master sommelier to discuss the wines.
