DalMoros, the fast-casual concept specializing in fresh pasta to go, has opened its second South Florida location in West Palm Beach. If you’re already familiar with the Atlantic Avenue restaurant, now you have a second spot where you can savor its housemade noodles. The Venice-born concept created by Gabriele Dal Moro and brought to us by David Caruso and his family offers a variety of pastas for every diet with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Start with your choice of pasta, like fusilli or rigatoni. Then, choose a housemade sauce, like pesto, Bolognese or cacio e pepe, and finally enhance it with toppings like chicken, mozzarella and sundried tomatoes. Enjoy it there with a glass of wine or take it to go in its delightful boxes.
