Effective immediately, patrons will no longer be able to consume alcohol on premises at bars in the State of Florida, according to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
The news was announced in a tweet from the Florida DBPR this morning. The alcohol suspension follows this week’s emergency order requiring the use of face masks throughout Palm Beach County. The State of Florida saw its highest one-day rise in coronavirus cases yesterday, with nearly 9,000 new cases reported.
