Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura has worked for decades in a variety of kitchens. Over time, he’s perfected his cooking style and garnered countless accolades. He’s also prioritized mentorship, helping the next generation of chefs to fine-tune their skills under his leadership.

Now, two of those chefs, Bernardo Paladini of Torno Subito Miami and Mattia Agazzi of Gucci Osteria in Beverly Hills, will collaborate to create a memorable eight-course dinner for guests on Friday, Feb. 21.

Before landing in Miami, chef Paladini spent 12 years at Bottura’s three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana in Italy before leading Torno Subito in Dubai (earning its inaugural Michelin star). Chef Agazzi also began his career under Bottura but at the three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio in Italy and now leads Gucci Osteria in Beverly Hills.
