The Deerfield Beach pier is getting a tasty upgrade. Local restaurateur Danielle Rosse is tearing down walls and transforming the former Pier Restaurant with enthusiasm. Rosse took over the space earlier this year and has invested more than $2 million to give it a much-needed makeover. Set to open this winter, The Break House is located right next to Rosse’s other concept, Oceans 234. This new addition will offer casual grab-and-go options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with a breezy rooftop beach bar serving relaxed coastal dishes crafted by legendary chef Dean Max.
