On Monday, May 19, Driftwood is hosting its second-annual Locals Only Dinner to showcase all the local purveyors it’s proud to partner with. The husband-and-wife team of chef Jimmy Everett and Ilia Gonzalez, along with chef de cuisine Tommy Coombs, have curated a multi-course tasting menu (listed below). The evening starts at 6 p.m. Tickets are $125, with a $50 optional wine pairing. Purchase them here

  • Raw Treasure Coast oyster
  • Local fish crudo
  • Crispy soft-shell crab with green mango, tamarind, and salsa umami
  • Holman’s beet agnolotti with hazelnut brown butter, dry-aged Charmed Life duck yolk, Munyon’s pawpaw, and citrus
  • Quincey Cattle oxtail au poivre with crispy potatoes and Gratitude Garden mushrooms
  • Florida Peach Cobbler with Keely Cream ice cream and McCoy’s honey
