From the team behind Glimmer Cafe comes Ethereal, a new fine dining concept in Delray Beach.

At Ethereal, designer Nick Alain continues his theme of Victorian extravagance that made Glimmer Cafe the local go-to for living our your Bridgerton afternoon tea fantasy, while chef Estuardo Mira crafts a menu of Modern American dishes with a Latin and European flair. Highlights include mini lobster rolls, steak frites topped with au poivre sauce, zebra lobster ravioli, and much more. For added indulgence, opt for Ethereal’s caviar service—one ounce of white sturgeon caviar served with mini Russian blinis, egg, crème fraîche, and chopped onions.

Ethereal’s beverage program features an eclectic mix of signature cocktails alongside reimagined classics. Original cocktails include the “Arabelle Loves Violets” made with tequila, cactus fruit, Cointreau, lime, and black volcanic salt, and the “Passion & Ash” made with mezcal, hibiscus, an infusion of passion fruit and herbs, lime, and torched rosemary. For a spin on an iconic libation, Ethereal offers its take on the Cosmopolitan, the “Sex and the City,” which adds pomegranate, elderflower liqueur, and mint to the vodka- or gin-based cocktail.

Save room for dessert from Ethereal’s expansive menu of sweet treats. There’s the crunchy churros served with cajeta (caramel made with slow-simmered goat’s milk), a tres leches cake, a cherry cheesecake topped with a nine-pronged golden chandelier candle, and more.
