Evelyn’s at the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale has launched an impressive chef series this summer. The Eastern Mediterranean restaurant’s chef Brandon Salomon will invite three celebrated chefs into his kitchen for some stellar collaborations.

On Tuesday, June 25, chef Brad Kilgore, nominated for several James Beard Awards, will create a four-course menu paired with Jordan wines. Tickets are $145.

On Sunday, July 14, chef Antonio Bachour, named Best Pastry Chef in the World in 2018 and 2022, will prepare a vibrant brunch inspired by the Caribbean with hints of Evelyn’s Eastern Mediterranean DNA. Brunch cocktails and bubbles will be provided by Ferrari Trento 1902. Tickets are $155.

Finally, on Tuesday, Aug. 27, Salomon is teaming up with Farmer Lee Jones and chef Jamie Simpson of The Chef’s Garden to highlight food as medicine. The Ohio-based farm focused on sustainable agriculture provides produce and ingredients to both professional chefs and home cooks around the nation. Evelyn’s lead mixologist, Matthew Dress, will create spirit-free cocktails to pair with each dish. Tickets are $145.

If you can’t decide which experience is your favorite, purchase the series package for $395.
