Villa Azur welcomes the new year again with an Asian twist by hosting a Chinese New Year dinner party on Friday, February 16.
The lively dinner hotspot will transform to an Asian theme of live dancers, artists, dragons, DJs on deck and a Chinese-inspired specials menu by Executive Chef Philippe Ruiz, which includes Maine Lobster Dumplings with langoustine broth, emoki mushroom, and fresh coriander, entrees of Whole Steamed Rock Cod with fresh ginger, soy sauce and scallions, Crispy Duck Breast with baby bok choy and sweet and sour sauce, and Mago Pudding with lime sorbet and fresh mint for dessert.
