The creators of Spartan Race host socially distanced fitness event ‘DEKA STRONG’ at Slash Fitness in Delray Beach. The indoor competition features 10 fitness zones suited for all levels of fitness. Participants are lead by trainers through the workout – one person at a time – and clean all the surfaces in between. Restricted access. Social distancing is required. Registration is required at deka.fit.
