Align your body and your chakras as InterContinental Miami hosts Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing on Tuesday, March 11 at 7PM. Guests can expect a one-of-a-kind yoga flow class led by Papa Guru Nicolay Del Salto on the hotel’s SkyLawn, complete with breathwork and sound bowl healing while enjoying nighttime views of downtown Miami. The evening continues with a deep meditation, weaving mantra and more. After class, guests are encouraged to stay and connect with others in the community.
