Lions, Tigers and Beers – OH MY! Crafted by Corsair Partners With Tripping Animals Brewing

Take one last bite out of summer at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spas local monthly beer dinner, Crafted by Corsair at Corsair Kitchen & Bar. In partnership with Tripping Animals Brewery, the delectable four-course meal paired with select brews will take place on Thursday, September 8th, 2022. The ultimate culinary adventure will begin with a No Mames Mexican Lager Welcome Cocktail, then guests will be seated in Corsairs private dining room to continue the evening of delectable eats. The menu has been meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Gordon Maybury and Chef de Cuisine Derrick Connor to complement the notes of each pour of signature brews from the Doral-based brewery.

For the first course, guests can enjoy Black Pepper Seared Scallops topped with Beer Gastrique and Grilled Pineapple Salad; paired perfectly with Fruit Sky, a Sour Ale with hints of Pineapple and Black Currant. Enjoy the second course of Pastrami Turkey Pot Pie made with Caramelized Onions, Carrots, Peas and Puff Pastry; paired with Marzen, an Oktoberfest Seasonal brew. The feast continues with Deconstructed Bison and Chorizo Burger featuring Tropical Slaw, Garlic Aioli and Spicy Bacon Jam on a Fluffy Focaccia bun with Hand-Cut Chips on the side; paired with Molly Hackwrench, a Hazy Double IPA. The evening ends on a sweet note with Trio of Chocolate Mousse Sundae topped with Inner Voices Imperial Stout Syrup and Honey Granola; paired with Wake and Shake, a Milkshake-Style Sour Ale.
