* 1 Male & 1 Female Top Finisher From Each Time Wave Enters the Location Championship For Extreme Crystal Trophies
* 1 Male & 1 Female Location Champion Qualifies for the State Championships For Cash Prizes (TBA)

Step into the Orangetheory Studio, the music is pumping and your heart is racing. The buzzer sounds and you Row like your rowing from a Great White Shark until you hit the 5000 meter mark. You’ll immediately move to your designated treadmill and Run a 5K like a Grizzly was chasing you. Or like a creepy clown was behind you if that helps you move faster.
