Co-founded by Olympic athlete and celebrity chef Michael Stember, Fletcher’s will blend nightlife, elevated cuisine, and an exclusive members-only club.
The restaurant is expected to open this fall in downtown Boca Raton. While we don’t have a preview of the menu yet, the Fletcher’s website says it will consist of “New American cuisine with timeless classics, enriched by strong Japanese and Mediterranean influences.” The website also highlights an omakase sushi experience.
On top of its 3,800-square-foot, 120-seat space, Fletcher’s will also feature a 40-seat private club where members can look forward to exclusive amenities, benefits, priority reservations, and themed events.
“We see a demand from discerning diners in Boca who are looking for a sophisticated sanctuary for members to connect, relax, and enjoy bespoke services,” Fletcher’s Co-Founder Jake Marr said in a press release. “Boca Raton is the perfect locale for our first venture, given its vibrant community and appreciation for luxury.”
Stember boasts a background in high-end Japanese fusion concepts and founding sushi pop-ups in New York and Los Angeles. He is a former Olympic athlete who competed on the U.S. Track Team during the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
