One such affair is Florie’s new Ferrari weekend brunch. Chef Diego Soriano at The Four Seasons Palm Beach’s signature restaurant has crafted a sophisticated menu to complement Ferrari Trento’s traditional-method sparkling wines, featuring dishes like tuna crudo, lobster roll and the ever-popular black truffle and porcini mushroom pizzette. Guests can choose to sip on Ferrari Trento’s brut or rosé by the glass or opt for bottomless servings.
