On Friday, Dec. 13, celebrated chef Mauro Colagreco is back in action inside his kitchen at Florie’s. The French Riviera-inspired five-course dinner will feature dishes like a Maine scallop and clam gratin and braised oxtail tortellini. The dinner is $215+ per guest, with an available wine pairing for an additional $90. Reservations can be made here.

The following Wednesday, Dec. 17, the resort is hosting Austin-based Sushi | Bar for an exclusive omakase residency that should not be missed. The 17-course experience will highlight fish from around the world in different playful dishes at the intimate, interactive chef’s counter. The residency will run until Jan. 4 and is $195+ per guest, with wine and sake pairing options available. Reservations are required and can be made here.
