Galley will host Far Niente Winery for a memorable pairing dinner on Wednesday, Jan. 22. The Hilton West Palm Beach’s signature restaurant has curated a five-course feast that will be complemented by the Napa Valley winery’s best bottles. The menu is below. Tickets are $175+ and can be purchased here.
