Keep an eye to the sky around 3 p.m. on Aug. 29 and you might catch the Goodyear Blimp as it flies over West Palm Beach. Departing in the early morning from Lake City, the blimp will cross over Orlando and West Palm en route to its final destination in Pompano Beach where it has been stationed for the past 44 years. The flyover celebrates the company’s 125th anniversary and is returning back to base after providing aerial coverage of the PGA Tour Championship over the weekend in Atlanta.
