Husband and wife team Matthew and Aliza Byrne have relaunched Prep Kitchen Grab & Go Lunch. They first opened up the original Kitchen location in 2013 and then opened Kitchen North late last year. Now this exclusive menu of lunch treats, which first debuted in 2017, is back for the season with deliciously healthy salads, sandwiches, soups, drinks and desserts.
You can look forward to salads like The Greek with cucumber, tomato, peppers, onions and romaine or sandwiches like the Aubergine with fried eggplant, roast peppers and burrata or the St. Tropez with roast turkey, boursin, sprouts, avocado, tomato and a garlic aioli. Sweets include the famous chocolate pie and coconut cake.
