Chef Daniel Boulud is hosting a new event at his namesake restaurant with a few of his celebrity friends, and you’re invited.

On May 30 and 31 Café Boulud will debut Daniel Entre Amis: An Intimate Evening & Luncheon. Michelin-starred chefs Emma Bengtsson and George Mendes and four-time James Beard Award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson will accompany Boulud at this fundraiser set to benefit World Central Kitchen.

The experience begins with hors d’oeuvres prepared by the team of talented chefs. Paired with wines from around the world, the five-course meal will celebrated the spring season and feature each of the chefs’ personal culinary styles. Look forward to dishes like dill-cured salmon by chef Bengtsson, Florida pink snapper by chef Mendes and a spiced roasted duck by chef Boulud.

The event will take place in both the Brazilian Court’s courtyard and dining rooms, ensuring guests will be seated only with their immediate party.

Choose from either a dinner on the 30th or lunch on the 31st. Tickets are $250 per person and can be purchased by calling 561/655-6060.
