Eddie and Vinny’s

Dishes from Eddie and Vinny’s

Located in the former Tavolino della Notte space in Coral Springs, the Pozzuoli family still owns this Italian restaurant, but it has now been reimagined into a contemporary space. The family and partner Paul Greenberg also own Corvina Seafood Grill in Boca and Prezzo Restaurants. Corvina’s chef, Jeff Tunks, has created a menu celebrating the peninsula’s coastline with seafood dishes like blue crab bruschetta, lobster linguine fra diavolo and local yellowtail Livornese.

It touts a “vineyard cuisine” menu with contemporary American dishes such as roasted bone marrow, artisanal pizzas, braised lamb shank and seared corvina.
