Just Salad, one of New York City’s favorite quick-casual healthy restaurants, is set to open its first Palm Beach County location tomorrow in Boca Raton. The New York-based franchise has nearly 50 locations worldwide, from Chicago to Dubai, and employs more than 1,000 teammates.
In celebration of the new Boca Center location’s grand opening, Just Salad will be offering $2 meals tomorrow, January 10th, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. for anyone who follows the brand on Instagram.
The company will hire more than 30 employees to staff the Boca Raton location, and plans to open five more locations throughout the state of Florida in 2020.
Just Salad is known for its sustainability efforts, which include reusable bowls and a pledge to contribute zero waste to landfills by the year 2022. The Boca Raton location is the company’s third in Florida following Gainesville and Pembroke Pines.
Some of the restaurant most popular offerings are its Buffalo Chicken Salad, Keto Zoodle Bowl, and Crunchy Avocado Toast, as well as a value menu that features items under $10.
