James Beard award-winning chef Takashi Yagihashi and restauranteur chef Jonathan Fox are at the helm of this modern Japanese restaurant. The swanky, dimly lit restaurant is sexy, with a lively bar scene, plush banquette seating and an open kitchen. Fresh, locally sourced seafood shares the menu with inventive hand roll sushi, nigiri, sashimi, and signature dishes like the kinoko mochi, hamachi crudo and wagyu beef striploin. To enjoy with your meal, the libation menu has a collection of Japanese whisky and sake, along with signature spirit-forward and spirit-free cocktails and wine.
