On July 17, the Waterstone Resort & Marina restaurant is launching its summer sushi-making series. Guests can look forward to learning the art of the roll before enjoying a sake tasting led by Kasumi’s lead mixologist. They will also receive a parting gift. The following two classes will take place on Aug. 21 and Sept. 18.
