James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz is teaming up with celebrity chefs Andrew Zimmern and Marc Vetri to host the Table for Change dinner gala on Wednesday, Jan. 22. The evening will celebrate Schwartz’s The Genuine Hospitality Group’s $1 million donation to the nonprofit ReThink Food.

The charity’s mission is straightforward—to partner with nationwide organizations to rescue excess food and collaborate with a network of restaurants to prepare nutritious meals for those facing food insecurity, including communities within South Florida.

The dinner, featuring a cocktail reception and silent auction, will take place at Schwartz’s Amara at Paraiso restaurant and will begin at 6 p.m. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit here.
