Chefs from our local culinary scene are dishing out two stellar dinners you won’t want to miss.

Palm Beach Meats

On Saturday, May 3, Palm Beach Meats is hosting a chef’s tasting dinner with Jimmy Stine, the admired local chef of the soon-to-reopen Austin Republic. Palm Beach Meats, which recently earned a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand designation, is a community store that sells top-quality wagyu alongside other butcher shop essentials. But it also hosts monthly chef dinners in collaboration with its in-house chef, Matthew Candelaria.  

Tickets for this five-course dinner are $140, and optional add-ons include a wine pairing and truffle or caviar enhancements. Check out the menu and purchase tickets here.

Community Classroom Project

Chef Bryce Dangerfield will host the Community Classroom Project’s tasting dinner on Thursday, May 8. As the owner and chef of Curds and Corks, Dangerfield has curated a five-course menu that celebrates his passion for local purveyors, including Swank Farms, Red Splendor Farm, Little Lush Acres, Holmans Harvest, Pops Fish Market, Palm Beach Acres, Agri-Gators, Palm Beach Meats, and Kai Kai Farms. Proceeds from the event will benefit the local charity’s educational programs and culinary initiatives.
