It’s a new year and if you’re looking for a new career why not consider one in brewing beer. The Master Brewer Academy is launching its 2023 program for those interested in learning how to become brewmasters. The 11-month academy starts today, Jan. 5, and is spread over nights and weekends and includes a three-week internship. Founded by master brewer Todd Space in 2016, the program’s classes are taught at some of the area’s best breweries including EST. 33, Tarpon River Brewing and Cerveceria La Tropical.
The curriculum is designed for those looking to break into a career in brewing, those already in the industry who just want to level up their skills and home brewers as well. Students will learn the art and science of brewing with hands-on classes.
