Miracles are on the way this Wednesday night, April 4, when Mercedes Benz of Delray Beach, an AutoNation dealership, will be hosting the Milagro Center’s 2012 “Miracle Masquerade,” from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Mercedes dealership at 1001 Linton Blvd.
The event will be a fundraising gala and art showcase for the Milagro Center, an enrichment center for at-risk children that has been close to our hearts for years. The evening will include a cocktail hour, silent auction, 2012 Mercedes Benz two-year lease car raffle, art exhibit, musical performance by the Milagro Stars and more. Each attendee will be presented with a colorful mask upon arrival, and specially made masks by the Milagro children will be on sale during the event.
The Milagro Center was selected by AutoNation as its local official charity organization for 2012. “When we began looking at possible charity organizations to support for this year we really wanted to find a group that was going above and beyond and making a real difference in our community. When we visited the Milagro Center and met the children and the amazingly dedicated teachers and staff, we knew immediately that we had found something very special,” explains Todd Skelton, Market President for AutoNation.
