Famous for its beer pairings, the Hilton West Palm Beach’s omakase concept has launched a new fall-inspired menu. Dishes include a Hokkaido scallop hand roll and hamachi with miso mole sauce.

The menu is $185, the beer pairing is an additional $75, and it’s only offered evenings Thursday through Saturday. If you’re on a budget, make a reservation for its 5 p.m. seating and enjoy a pared down eight-course meal for $95 (plus a $45 beer tasting).
