There’s another Miami import making its way north to Boca. Motek, the kosher-style Mediterranean concept, is taking over the former Fiolina Pasta House location on Restaurant Row next to El Camino. Yes, Fiolina, chef Fabio Trabocchi’s restaurant that opened with much fanfare last November, has shut its doors. Motek, the family-owned restaurant with several South Florida locations, will bring its famous shakshuka, shawarmas and schnitzels to Boca early next year.
