Nashville comes to Clematis Street with the debut of West Palm Cowboy Club on March 26.
Inspired by the country music mecca, Cowboy Club marries the music and nightlife of the Honky Tonk Highway with Florida’s rich cowboy history. Its interior celebrates the two styles with cowhide, python, gator, and denim decor, along with cowboy hat-lined ceilings and a saloon-style wrap around patio for outdoor dining.
Part venue and part restaurant, Cowboy Club will boast a menu curated by Miami-based Slab Daddy BBQ Chef Adrian Ricouz paired with a musical program directed by Grammy-winning producer Thomas Wesley, AKA Diplo.
“I grew up and cut my teeth in South Florida, and it inspired so much of who I am. I’m really proud to bring this energy home, and show some love to the SoFlo Cowboy,” said Wesley in a press statement. “West Palm Cowboy Club is where beer, barbecue, and basslines collide, South Florida style.”

Menu highlights include smoked meats like the 18-hour brisket, pulled pork, and mojo half chicken, as well as coconut shrimp, hearth-fired pizzas, and the Caviar & Cornbread, topped with crème fraîche and local honey. The libation menu will include 14 on-tap brews, a wide selection of spirits, and craft cocktails like the Smoke Show, made with coconut oil fat-washed Bourbon, demerara syrup, hoochie daddy bitters, orange bitters, orange expression, banana chip and finished off with smoke.
Coinciding with the Palm Beach Boat Show, Cowboy Club’s will kick off the weekend by a hosting a cowboy-themed bash with live music and DJs. Bring your boots and denim. Then, in April, look forward to the launch of weekly entertainment programs that include live music and other activations.
