National Sushi Day is Coming Up—Here’s Where To Celebrate

National Sushi Day is on June 18 and to celebrate, veteran restauranteurs Tina Wang and chef Jason Zheng of Unisolo Restaurant Group are featuring the spicy tuna biscuit at their concepts throughout South Florida. The sushi appetizer consists of crispy rice crackers topped with spicy tuna, jalapeño, caviar, wasabi mayo and eel sauce. The below locations will be serving up the spicy tuna biscuit along with their impressive selections of masterfully crafted sushi rolls, with unique rolls exclusive to each restaurant.

Coco Sushi Lounge and Bar

The Roll: Super Ninja

Combines tender eel, crispy fried shrimp tempura, avocado, asparagus and jalapeño, then is topped off with seared tuna, tempura flakes, masago, and the crowd-favorite combination of spicy mayo and eel sauce.

The Roll: Hot Bud

The Roll: Saiko-I King
