West Boca Raton residents no longer have to make the trek out east to take part in farmers market festivities—a new one will be starting up on April 27.
Located at 7900 Glades Road (close to the turnpike), the market will take place Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Here, guests will be treated to vendors selling fresh produce, microgreens, artisan crafts, raw milk, baked goods, plants, a coffee trailer, a lemonade truck, and other goods.
Unlike many other farmers markets locally, this one will be year round.
“It’s a place where our community can come together, support local small businesses, and enjoy the very best that Boca has to offer,” said market organizer Adam Del Vecchio.
Currently, there is a market on Sundays from 8 a.m. to noon at Royal Palm Place, which returned after a four-year hiatus. The Green Market at City Hall unexpectedly closed in November 2021.
