Amar Sandwich Shop

Kurban Hospitality Group is launching its next venture at the former Amar location on Atlantic Avenue. Opening today, Oct. 21, the shop honors Lebanese street food traditions with freshly baked pita wraps, housemade falafels and savory beef shawarmas. Amar’s famous dips are on the menu, along with lunch-friendly salads and bowls. The shop also serves beer and wine.

Lucky Lou’s Raw Bar

Deerfield Beach welcomes a new concept by LM Restaurants, the family-owned company behind The Cove, Lucky Fish and Oceanic. Named after founder Lou Moshakos, this restaurant will feature an extensive raw bar (of course) and Caribbean-inspired dishes crafted by chef Amanda Currie.

Sole Mio Kitchen & Bar

The former Nicoletta’s Restaurant & Pizzeria has reopened as Sole Mio. Described as a “Floritalian” concept, the restaurant is a blend of Floridian ingredients and Italian techniques. Guests can look forward to local catches, locally sourced produce, and house-made pizzas and pastas.

Amante’s Italian Restaurant

The cherished restaurant has moved to a larger, more glamorous space just steps from its original location. Bob Amante’s New York-style pies are still on the menu, along with many of Amante’s signature dishes. The Amante family has teamed up with seasoned hospitality vets Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli of P Hospitality for this new venture. The new space features an indoor and outdoor bar, patio and a private dining room.

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream Cup and Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop Key Lime Sundae Collab

The prismatic ice cream shop, known for its made-from-scratch dairy and vegan treats, is opening its first location in Palm Beach. To celebrate, it has partnered with Lilly Pulitzer for an exclusive limited-series of cups featuring the resortwear brand’s 2025 print collection. Get excited because two more locations are coming soon to Palm Beach Gardens and Delray’s Sundy Village.

Oceanwalk by Benny’s on the Beach

Benny’s on the Beach’s sister restaurant is getting a makeover. The reimagined concept will reopen in November under the direction of chef Angelo Romano. Look forward to a seafood-focused menu in a contemporary coastal setting. “Benny’s has always been about serving up a quintessential vacation experience while bringing people together over great food and great views,” said Angie Gutierrez, director of operations. “Oceanwalk will carry that same spirit, but in an elevated way with its own unique ambiance, energy and culinary offering.”
