The Waterstone Resort’s lakefront restaurant has launched a sunset happy hour,

below the horizon with a cocktail or sake in hand. Cocktail specials include the Nashi
mule, Natsu cosmo and cherry blossom old fashioned. Several popular appetizers and
sushi are also featured on the menu, such as wagyu beef gyoza, seaweed and
cucumber salad and grilled shishito peppers. Sake and wines by the glass start at $8.

Just in time for summer, Fern has debuted its new happy hour menu, available Monday
through Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. It features half-priced cocktails, wine specials, and
small plates. We think the best part is that happy hour here doesn’t have to happen only
on a weekday.
