The Restaurant at the Norton Museum will host a wine-pairing dinner celebrating the Piedmont region of Italy. On Thursday, Sept. 28, guests will indulge in a four-course dinner paired with the Antinori family’s label Prunotto. Chef Jair Solis has created a menu that includes seared foie gras with sous vide oysters, duck prosciutto arancini, duck ballotine and rosewater ladyfingers.
